Welcome, I am so happy that you have found my site! Here is a little about me and my massage practice, please feel free to reach out if you have any questions! :

I became Licensed Massage Therapist in June of 2015 after graduating from Asheville’s Center of Massage and Natural Health. I started out working in local 5 star spas, focusing on deep tissue massage from the get go and getting lot’s of practice on many different body types. In 2017 I began to study Thai massage first with Michael Sitzer’s, then with Jill Burynski and Living Sabai in Asheville. I became interested in Thai medicine and herbalism as it relates to bodywork and how I could incorporate what I’ve learned from Thai into wholistic sessions for both table and Thai massage. In 2019 I started studying Thai medical theory with Naj Jacobson and through Naj I met her teacher, Tevijjo in early 2020 and began in person then distance teaching with him. I continue to expand my skillset mostly through ongoing Thai studies, assisting Thai Classes and Thai workshops.

Today I offer both Thai body work & Deep Tissue, Myofascial massage and both of these modalities have influenced each other in my practice. I am constantly utilizing stretches and body mechanics that I learned from Thai. A Thai medical framework of understanding the body is interwoven in all of my practice and I am very grateful for how this healing modality has supported myself and my clients over the years! I am now reaching 11 years in practice and over that time I have worked with many folks healing from injuries, relieving and managing chronic tension and supporting clients in all over well being and body maintenance. I enjoy my long term clients and love getting to meet new people and work on goals with first timers as well.

In my life outside of massage I am a mother to a feisty 10 year old child, two wild dogs & a cat. We love gardening and playing outside, making art, traveling to fun places and spending time with our friends and community. I am Western North Carolina born and raised and happy to call these mountains home. We also have a connection to and family in Correze, France and consider Correze home away from WNC whenever we have a chance to travel. Oui! Je parle Francis aussi!
