I am so happy that you have found my site! Here is a little about me and my massage practice:

I became Licensed Massage Therapist in June of 2015 after graduating from Asheville’s Center of Massage and Natural Health. In 2017 I began my studies of Thai bodywork with Michael Sitzer in 2017 which piqued my interest in Thai medical theory and herbalism as it relates to bodywork. I went on to study Thai medical theory with Naj Jacobson and eventually her teacher, Tevijjo Yogi. I offer both Thai body work & Deep Tissue, Myofacial massage. I work with specific muscular injuries- chronic and/or acute, as well as overall well being, relaxation and restoration. In sessions I combine my knowledge of the nervous, muscular, fascial system & my understanding of Thai medical theory as it pertains to bodywork to provide sessions that are relaxing and nurturing as well as deep and effective for addressing many musculoskeletal imbalances, aches and pains.

In my life outside of massage I am a mother to a feisty 10 year old child, two wild dogs & a cat. We love gardening, our community and time spent outdoors. I am Western North Carolina born and raised and proud to call these mountains home.
